Running an online store can turn into a pile of technical work, especially when you upload dozens or hundreds of products with variations in color, size, price and image. So how do you stop typing by hand and move to a smarter method? The challenge: uploading and updating products by hand
Most store owners know the headache of managing stock. A product that comes in several sizes and colors means entering each variation manually. It is repetitive and it causes mistakes, which can lead to customer service issues, wrong delivery times and lost sales.

WP All Import is an advanced WordPress plugin (with a WooCommerce add-on) that imports product files in Excel, CSV or XML format straight into your site, including every field you need: titles, descriptions, prices, stock, images and variations.
How it works, step by step
1. Prepare the file
Build one Excel or CSV file with a row for each product or variation and columns for title, price, stock, category and image.
2. Build the import template
Install the plugin and the WooCommerce add-on, choose "New Import", upload the file and choose to import products. Then map each column to a field on your site with drag and drop, add rules for creating variations by parent/child IDs or product name, and save the template.
3. Run the first import and check
Click Run Import. The products appear on the site with all their details, including variations.
What next? Ongoing updates in one click
Once the template is set up, you do not touch it again. From now on all you do is:
- Update your local Excel file (add or change products).
- Upload it to the plugin again.
- Choose Existing Items (not New Items like the first time).
- Choose the template you saved.
- Run the import, and you are done.
New products are added and existing ones are updated from the same file and template. No double work and no duplicate products.

Not if you choose Existing Items and match products by a unique ID or SKU.
